If you do not currently own a rental property, we will put in the leg-work to locate the perfect home to maximize short and long-term profit. Steve is a licensed Realtor, and paired with our research on short term rentals, we are uniquely qualified to secure excellent investment properties. We handle all of the communication with sellers and handle on-site house-visits and connect you digitally to the home if you are unable to make it. All you have to do is tell us your budget and show up at closing!

Location?

Although currently based in the Mid-Atlantic region- particularly Baltimore and DC, we will happily service any location without strict STR restrictions. Steve is a licensed realtor in Maryland, but we maintain close relationships with agents in our cities and states.
